Leveraging her extensive tutoring experience in India and encouraged by her mother's advice to pursue a meaningful career from home, Manmeet embarked on her educational journey. Her transformative experience at a local daycare revealed her unique ability to impact young minds positively, while managing her responsibilities as a worker, student, and parent.

Inspired to create a space that reflected her personal values and educational goals, Manmeet's

commitment was further solidified when a family followed her after observing their child's challenges upon her departure. This pivotal experience encouraged her to establish her own daycare in 2007, initiating a rewarding journey that went beyond caregiving to empowering other women in the community to realize their dreams of opening their daycares.

Starting in Sunnyvale, where she operated for five years, she then moved to Cupertino for the next chapter of her story, spending another five years refining her approach and expanding her community. For the last five years, she has been based in Santa Clara, continuing to evolve and adapt to the needs of diverse families.

Today, Manmeet's Preschool is a sanctuary for families, promoting a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where children from varied backgrounds are encouraged to grow and learn.
